The Valley of Cancer

March 28, 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Breast Cancer. Yes, I went for regular mammograms … didn’t miss one for at least 15 years. So how did this happen? I have no clue. Does it really matter? The cancer has passed my lymph nodes and entered my blood stream. It has currently invaded my lung.

The good news is they caught early. It’s hormone fed. Thus, the doctors tell me it’s treatable and controllable for many, many years.

I’m trusting the Great Physician in this. He has a plan, I’m very sure. The doctor who diagnosed me said it was miracle they even found it. So, I’m believing in God’s plan and promise for my life. Not so much keeping a positive attitude as submitting to His will and trusting His righteous right hand to lead me where He wants me to go.

The posts you find within this page are my lessons learned and my testimony to Jesus’ faithfulness.

See you in a twinkling,
